BlytzPay is a web-based app, and not a mobile app. So there is no app to download onto your phone. All communication is done via text. This makes for a much smoother user experience as customers will not have to worry about downloading any additional software. Instead, it’s as easy as text, pay, done.

Collect a Bill FAQs
Merchants who use BlytzPay independent software partners will have access to the BlytzPay platform automatically. The experience fits nicely into your current technology via robust API integration and allows merchants to send reminders and invoices in mass or one at a time. For those who are not part of an integrated software platform, BlytzPay can act as a stand-alone platform and all customer information can be uploaded or downloaded via a CSV file.
For those who have an integrated software vendor (ISV) that is using the BlytzPay platform, customer information is updated within BlytzPay via the API integration. If you are using BlytzPay as a stand-alone product, you can update a customer’s account by uploading a new CSV file or by clicking the pencil icon in the top right corner of that customer’s account page.
In order to make receiving text payments simple, BlytzPay has a full suite of APIs to integrate with whatever customer management software you are currently using.
You can process a partial or full refund through BlytzPay’s text-to-pay system. Partial refunds will be recorded as a separate transaction.
BlytzPay makes it easy to pass on transaction fees or SaaS fees if you choose to do so. In some jurisdictions it is prohibited by law to pass on the fees. It is your responsibility to act in accordance with the laws where you are located.
Canceling a transaction will create a new transaction that references the initial transaction.

Yes, BlytzPay gives Merchants the ability to pick and choose the payment options they want to offer.
Per TCPA laws, a customer can opt out of the BlytzPay text-to-pay service anytime by texting “Stop” to the same number the text message came from. For these customers, BlytzPay also offers the ability to make payments via email. If the customer wishes to opt back into using text-to-pay, they can send the text message “Start” to the same number.
Customers are able to call the number that sent them the text message. BlytzPay will then redirect that call to a number of your choosing. Most often these calls will redirect to your business’s customer service or billing phone numbers.
BlytzPay is about so much more than just text payments. Once you are approved as a Merchant, BlytzPay can also be a powerful tool for sales and marketing. By utilizing text to pay, you enter into communication with your customers that is impossible with any other form of advertising. This allows you to build stronger relationships with each individual customer.
Pay a Bill FAQs
When a business partners with BlytzPay, they’ll text you letting you know that text to pay is a new payment option. This text message will include a link to setup your new BlytzPay account and begin making payments.
When a payment is due, you will receive a text message with a link to an invoice, notifying you that it is time to make a payment. Many businesses will also send notification prior to the due date, as well as sending messages to let you know when a payment is late.
Once you have entered your PIN number to log in, you will have the ability to add or update a payment method via the profile page.
When you reply to a BlytzPay text, your text message will be sent directly to the business that sent you the invoice, allowing the business to reply directly in the same text thread. When you call, you will be directed to that same business’s customer service department.
All your provided information can be accessed through the “Profile” section of the online portal. Once there, you can update any of your personal or billing information.
Security of mobile payments is our highest goal. Our software is TCPA & PCI/DSS Level 1 Compliant. We are also SSL encrypted. We make sure all information is safe and secure. TCPA is a US federal law over text messages and other commercial uses of telephones. PCI/DSS refers to the global standards that protect consumers’ credit card transactions. PCI/DSS Level 1 is the highest level of compliance with the most stringent requirements.

Credit Card refunds will generally show on the account within the next 7 business days.
ACH refunds must be initiated within 90 days of the original payment processing date. Pending ACH transactions cannot be canceled as they must post before a refund can be enabled. After a refund has been initiated, the funds will generally show up in the origin account within 4-5 business days.
When paying an invoice through BlytzPay, you can store multiple payment options and can even split payments between different payment methods.
You can set up your BlytzPay account so that when a new invoice arrives it is paid automatically with the payment method you’ve selected. You will, however, still receive a text message letting you know that your text payment has processed.
BlytzPay allows you to multiple payment options with your BlytzPay account. Once inside the BlytzPay Portal, you can split a payment between these diifferent payment options.
A PIN and login to your BlytzPay account ensures your data stays safe and secure. Your data is housed and protected in your personal portal which is guarded by the highest standards of security.
If a customer choose not to use BlytzPay’s text to pay service, they can also make payments on the BlytzPay platform via email.
Refunds are the responsibilities of the merchants who sent the invoice. Luckily, you can can call or send a direct text message to the phone number your invoice came from to get in touch with that business’s customer service department.
