GCAC Shares How AI-Powered Outreach Modernized Collections

How Glenbrook Credit Acceptance Corp Quickly Optimized Collections Operations with Blytz

Glenbrook Credit Acceptance Corporation shares how Blytz helped modernize collections with text-to-pay and AI-powered outreach

Glenbrook Credit Acceptance Corporation (GCAC) recently launched the Blytz® platform to simplify payments, improve customer communication, and give its collections team more time to focus on higher-priority accounts.

After experiencing declining support and limited assistance from its previous payment provider, the Fort Wayne, Indiana-based finance company was ready for a platform that offered both modern technology and a more responsive partnership.

“I cannot say one bad thing or one negative experience that I’ve had with the platform or customer service,” said Laurie VanMeter, Collections Manager at Glenbrook Credit Acceptance Corporation. “Our delinquency is down, and our customers have all spoken about how easy it is to use.”

The transition to BlytzPay® gave Glenbrook a simpler payment experience, two-way text communication, and a seamless integration with Auto Master Systems.

Glenbrook also implemented BlytzCollect, Blytz’s AI-powered voice collections solution, to handle routine outreach to customers who are one to three days past due. In the first six weeks, the company collected 417 payments totaling approximately $75,000 through BlytzCollect.

By automating repetitive early-stage collection calls, Glenbrook’s collectors can spend more time skip tracing, working higher-risk accounts, and helping customers facing job loss, medical issues, or other financial challenges.

“It is hand over fist above anything we’ve ever seen,” she said. “We love it. We just love it.”

Beyond the technology, VanMeter says Blytz’s responsiveness and personal support have been central to the positive experience with the company.
